One of the most respected real estate investing experts in North America, John Schaub shows how to buy properties at a great price and make the most profit possible. He shatters the negative image of buying foreclosures, showing that anyone in foreclosure has a problem—and by solving it for them, real estate investors are getting a prime deal while making the seller happy. My on-going advice, especially to newer investors, is to buy just one house at a time. Buy it, get it financed with a good loan, rent it to a great tenant, and only then look for your next deal. Most who are in trouble today did not follow this plan and they own several empty houses.
